1. A jellyfish!

Take a ball or a float and place it in the center of the pool - if you are in the sea you can form a circle and put it in the middle. The children, always standing, form a circle around the "dreaded jellyfish" and will stretch and push themselves so that one of them touches it. Whoever does it is eliminated.

 

2. The water carriers

​

Place a bucket of water on each end of the pool and make two teams with the children. Give a sponge to each one. In turn, the children will have to soak the sponge, cross the pool and fill the bucket. Win the team that most fill it. You can also use small buckets or bottles with holes in place of the sponge.

 

3, Fleet, fleet

​

Two teams face each other, either in the pool or in a certain area of ​​the sea. Each team is placed in its half of the field and sends the opposite one of its players with a float around the waist. The opposing team will have to go batting and paddling around until they get back to their field, always without touching it. Win the team that previously achieved it.

 

4. To row!

​

Clearly define a goal and give a mat to each child. At your signal, the children climb onto the mat -they are the ones who will make the most progress- and begin to row with their arms as fast as they can to reach the finish line. Win the first one.

 

5. Crossing the bridge

​

Divide the child into two teams. All but one of its members are placed with water up to the waist and legs open. At the signal of the organizer, the boy who joins will take air and cross diving through the middle of the legs of his teammates. When finished, it is placed at the end and the next player begins. The team that previously completes the sequence ends.

6. The castle of your dreams

​

 With cubes, shovels and some rake you can prepare the best castle. Smooth the terrain, lightly moisten the sand so that it lasts longer, fills the buckets and flips them over. With a shovel blow on the base, and removing the cube, you will have the first tower. With more sand, go building the walls that connect the towers. With the shovel and very careful, model the battlements of the towers, the ashlars of the walls, a door, the moat and its bridges. Do not forget to leave a secret passage under the castle (everyone who starts digging on one side until your hands meet). To decorate it, mix a part of sand and two of water, and let the mixture slip by your fingers and fall on your castle. You can also draw with the shovel some motifs on the walls or attach shells.

 

7. Mummies of ancient Egypt

Dig several shallow tubs in the sand. Let each child get into one of them and cover them with sand up to their necks. Wet the surface a little and give them the exit so they can be unearthed. Win the first mummy able to escape from its sarcophagus.

 

8. The minigolf

​

Wet a large square of sand lightly and mold a small circuit with gentle elevations of terrain and ten holes. Hit a marble with your finger and try to put it in one of the holes. Win who is able to complete the circuit with fewer hits. If you prefer, you can choose to make holes in the sand and try to dunk marbles or shells that you find on the shore.

 

9. The pen

Form a large pile of wet sand and stick a pen or straw on top. Each player, in turn, will take a handful of earth to form their own pile, taking care that the pen does not fall. If someone throws it, it is eliminated. At the end of the game, the player who has managed to make the largest pile wins.

 

10. The hunt for the shell

​
